  • Wilkin Marketing is a growing Marketing firm specializing in Auto and Casino marketing.  Due to our continued growth we are seeking self-motivated and dynamic Account Executives to drive revenue and support our increasing sales opportunities.

    We need a proven “HUNTER” to develop maximum sales potential through competitive sales techniques and knowledge of the company’s products and services as well as the competition’s strengths/weaknesses.  Must be able to build and maintain quality relations with existing assigned accounts, and increase account base and volume of sales on a consistent basis.  Contact customers via telephone, correspondence or in person by traveling as frequently as necessary to meet and surpass profitable sales goals for the company.

    Responsibilities:

    • manage your own leads: cultivate new leads and develop/maintain your pipeline
    • make a high volume of daily outbound sales calls, emails and in-person meetings with clients across all verticals
    • drive the full sales cycle to attain new business; make introductory calls, assess business goals
    • conduct competitive bidding, procurement, price negotiations and budgeting
    • maintaining regular contact with client to build and maintain relationships
    • achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years full-time sales experience; college degree, preferred.
    • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
    • Strong work ethic, solid negotiation and conflict-management skills.
    • Basic computer and typing skills.
    • Assertive and Positive Attitude
    • Creative and Out-of-the-Box thinking a plus
    • Prior Direct Mail, Newspaper or Radio Ad Sales experience, preferred.

    • The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and executing digital campaigns to generate leads and drive revenue in-house and for clients. The position will be responsible for multiple websites and email programs. The position will work closely with the Creative team and Sales team to support our marketing strategy.

      Primary Responsibilities

      • Build and maintain landing pages for various campaigns
      • Optimize websites to ensure high SEO scores
      • Run A/B and multivariate site optimization programs to improve conversions
      • Build and launch SEM, display, and retargeting campaigns
      • Build and launch a variety of email campaigns to drive leads, communicate with existing customers, and increase customer loyalty/repeat purchase
      • Build web analytics and email marketing reports for executive review
      • Build and Manage Social Media Campaigns

      Education and Experience

      • BS/BA College degree

      Key Competencies

      • 2+ years in progressive digital marketing roles
      • Google AdWords experience
      • Google Analytics experience
      • ConstantContact experience or equivalent
