Wilkin Marketing is a growing Marketing firm specializing in Auto and Casino marketing.  Due to our continued growth we are seeking self-motivated and dynamic Account Executives to drive revenue and support our increasing sales opportunities.

We need a proven “HUNTER” to develop maximum sales potential through competitive sales techniques and knowledge of the company’s products and services as well as the competition’s strengths/weaknesses.  Must be able to build and maintain quality relations with existing assigned accounts, and increase account base and volume of sales on a consistent basis.  Contact customers via telephone, correspondence or in person by traveling as frequently as necessary to meet and surpass profitable sales goals for the company.

Responsibilities:

  •    •   manage your own leads: cultivate new leads and develop/maintain your pipeline
  •    •   make a high volume of daily outbound sales calls, emails and in-person meetings with clients across all verticals
  •    •   drive the full sales cycle to attain new business; make introductory calls, assess business goals
  •    •   conduct competitive bidding, procurement, price negotiations and budgeting
  •    •   maintaining regular contact with client to build and maintain relationships
  •    •   achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals

Requirements

  •    •   High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years full-time sales experience; college degree, preferred.
  •    •   Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
  •    •   Strong work ethic, solid negotiation and conflict-management skills.
  •    •   Basic computer and typing skills.
  •    •   Assertive and Positive Attitude
  •    •   Creative and Out-of-the-Box thinking a plus
  •    •   Prior Direct Mail, Newspaper or Radio Ad Sales experience, preferred.
