Wilkin Marketing is a growing Marketing firm specializing in Auto and Casino marketing.  Due to our continued growth we are seeking self-motivated and dynamic Account Managers to support our sales team.

The primary job responsibility will be the management of assigned accounts. We need managers that are hard working, accountable, “no need to be micro-managed” to oversee our sales, consulting and customer service.

Responsibilities:

    •    •   interact with clients via phone, email and in person
    •    •   conduct competitive bidding, procurement, price negotiations and budgeting
    •    •   maintaining regular contact with client to build and maintain relationships
    •    •   providing responsive customer service and resolve customer issues
    •    •   ensure all clients requirements are understood and translated into measurable and effective communication to all necessary end-users.
    •    •   manage production efforts and facilitate direct mail campaigns from preliminary art to mailing and delivery in an organized and detail-oriented manner, ultimately producing the finished products to match the client’s source documentation and information

Requirements

    •    •   High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years full-time work experience; college degree, preferred.
    •    •   Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
    •    •   Strong work ethic, solid negotiation and conflict-management skills.
    •    •   Basic computer and typing skills.
    •    •   Prior Sales Account Management experience, preferred.
